Orchestras

Jordan orchestra musicians are placed in the ability-based orchestras during elective periods. Attendance at outside-of-the-school-day rehearsals and performances are requirements of these classes.  Specific calendars of rehearsals and performances are available from the orchestra director for each level of orchestra.  Calendars are distributed at the beginning of the school year and updated as needed.  Placement is by performance criteria established by the director and requires an audition.
